By submitting content to Seduction! Magazine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Original Work

All submissions must be your own original work. You confirm that you have full rights and permissions to distribute and publish the content you provide.

Model Approval & Age Requirement

All models featured in any submitted image or article must be at least 18 years of age in real life. By submitting, you acknowledge that you have verified the age and consent of all participants featured in your submission and accept full responsibility and liability for ensuring compliance.

Models who are currently approved through Taboo Media LLC / Seduction! Magazine will already have a signed Model Release Agreement on file. However, if your submission includes models who are not currently approved by our system, please refer to the Unapproved Models / Crowd Scenes section below for requirements and responsibilities.

UNapproved Models / Crowd Scenes

If your submission includes models not currently approved by Taboo Media LLC or Seduction! Magazine, those individuals must have a signed release agreement on file with you, the photographer or submitter.

By submitting, you affirm that:

You have obtained all necessary releases and permissions for any unapproved individuals appearing in your submission.
You accept full legal responsibility and liability for their inclusion.
Should any legal dispute, claim, or action arise regarding their participation, you (the submitter)—not Taboo Media LLC or Seduction! Magazine—will be solely responsible and subject to any resulting penalties or legal consequences.

Unapproved individuals who appear incidentally (such as in public, crowd, or background scenes) may be cropped or blurred to ensure anonymity.

Usage Rights

By submitting content, you grant Seduction! Magazine and Taboo Media LLC the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content across all media platforms — including in-world, web, and print.

No Compensation Guaranteed

Submission does not guarantee publication. Contributors are not entitled to monetary compensation unless separately contracted or agreed upon in writing.

Edits and Layout

Submitted content may be edited, cropped, or otherwise altered to fit the magazine’s design and aesthetic. Final editorial decisions rest solely with the Seduction! editorial team.

Deadlines & Exclusivity

All submissions must meet the stated deadlines to be considered for inclusion.

By submitting, you confirm that the content has not been and will not be published, posted, or distributed on any other platform — including but not limited to Second Life magazines, external publications, personal or commercial websites, or social media — within 30 days before or after our publication date, unless agreed upon in writing.

Adult Content Compliance

Submissions must comply with Linden Lab’s Terms of Service and Community Standards. Explicit adult content is permitted only if it meets SL’s age and access restrictions.

Withdrawal of Content

Once accepted and scheduled for publication, content cannot be withdrawn without written approval from the editorial staff.

Important Reminder

If your image includes any models not approved through Seduction!’s system, you are legally responsible for obtaining and maintaining their release documentation. By submitting, you confirm that all featured individuals are of legal age (18+ in real life) and that you hold all necessary permissions and assume full liability for their inclusion.
