Seduction! Magazine Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting content to Seduction! Magazine, you agree to the following terms:

1. Original Work: All submissions must be your own original work. You confirm that
   you have full rights and permissions to distribute and publish the content you
   provide.
2. Model Approval Required:
   All models featured in any submitted image or article must be officially approved
   Seduction! Magazine models. This means:
   o Each model must have completed and signed the official Seduction! Model
   Release Agreement.
   o If any model has not been approved and cleared through our system, the
   submission will be rejected until compliance is met.
3. Usage Rights:
   By submitting content, you grant Seduction! Magazine and Taboo Media the non
   exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute
   the content across all media platforms, including in-world, web, and print.
4. No Compensation Guaranteed:
   Submission does not guarantee publication. Contributors are not entitled to
   monetary compensation unless separately contracted or agreed upon.
5. Edits and Layout:
   Submitted content may be edited, cropped, or otherwise altered to fit the design
   and aesthetic of the magazine. Final editorial decisions rest with the Seduction!
   editorial team.
6. Deadlines & Exclusivity:
   All submissions must meet stated deadlines to be considered for inclusion. By
   submitting, you confirm the content has not been and will not be published in any
   other Second Life magazine within 30 days before or after our publication date
   unless agreed upon in writing.
7. Adult Content Compliance:
   Submissions must comply with Linden Lab’s Terms of Service and Community
   Standards. Explicit adult content is permitted only if it meets SL’s age and access
   restrictions.
8. Withdrawal of Content:
   Once accepted and scheduled for publication, content cannot be withdrawn
   without written approval from the editorial staff.
   Important Reminder:
   If your image includes any models not on our approved list, we legally cannot publish the
   submission. Please confirm all participants are registered and have signed the release
   forms prior to submission.
