1. Parties
   This Model Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

   and Taboo Media, LLC (“Publisher”), publisher of Seduction! Magazine.
2. Rights Granted
   I, the undersigned Model, grant Taboo Media, LLC, its licensees, assignees, and affiliates
   the irrevocable and unrestricted right to:

• In-World Avatar Likeness: Capture, photograph, film, record, and otherwise create
  visual or audio representations of my Second Life avatar in any pose, outfit, or
  environment.
• Real-Life Likeness (if applicable): If provided, capture, use, and distribute my real
  world likeness.
• Edits and Composites: Edit, retouch, enhance, manipulate, and composite these
  images or videos with other media, whether realistic or stylized.
• Mediums and Usage: Use the resulting works in any medium (including but not
  limited to: in-world displays, print magazines, digital publications, machinima,
  websites, promotional materials, advertisements, and social media), worldwide, in
  perpetuity.
• Adult-Themed Content: Use my avatar or likeness in connection with content that
  may depict sensuality, adult themes, fantasy roleplay, or mature-rated scenarios,
  consistent with the nature of Seduction! Magazine.

1. Model Warranties
   I represent and warrant that:

• I am at least 18 years of age in real life.
• My avatar’s appearance, clothing, and accessories are legally obtained and used
  within Second Life.
• I have full rights to grant permission for all materials provided or captured during a
  shoot.
• I understand that Seduction! Magazine is an adult-oriented publication and my
  likeness (avatar and/or RL) may be associated with mature content.
• I am not under any contractual or legal restriction that would prevent this
  agreement.

1. Compensation
   I acknowledge that I have received or will receive agreed-upon compensation for my
   participation (monetary, Linden Dollars, trade-for-images, promotional consideration, or
   other value). I understand no further payment or royalties will be due unless otherwise
   agreed in writing.
2. No Obligation to Use
   The Publisher is under no obligation to publish or use the materials captured.
3. Release of Liability
   I release Taboo Media, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, photographers, and
   assigns from any and all claims arising from this Agreement, including but not limited to
   defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.
4. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
   State of COLORADO, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
5. Entire Agreement
   This document represents the full agreement between the parties and may only be
   modified in writing and signed by both.
