Seduction! Magazine – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Owned & Published by Taboo Media, LLC

1. Parties
   This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
   Second Life Legacy Name: ______________________
   Second Life Display Name (if different): ___________
   Real Name (optional): _______
   Date of Birth: _________ (Must be 18+)
   and Taboo Media, LLC (“Publisher”), publisher of Seduction! Magazine.
2. Purpose
   The purpose of this Agreement is to protect confidential, sensitive, and proprietary
   information shared with the undersigned (“Recipient”) during their involvement with
   Seduction! Magazine, whether as a model, photographer, staff member, contractor, or
   contributor.
3. Definition of Confidential Information
   “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

• Unreleased photos, video, machinima, or other media.
• Magazine layouts, drafts, and unpublished issues.
• Shoot concepts, locations, outfits, poses, and scene setups.
• Communications in Second Life (chat logs, notecards, group notices) and
  external platforms (Discord, email, etc.).
• Staff lists, contributor information, or other participant identities not publicly
  disclosed.
• Payment or compensation details.
• Business plans, marketing strategies, and event schedules.

1. Obligations of Recipient
   Recipient agrees to:

• Keep all Confidential Information strictly private.
• Not disclose, share, copy, or distribute any Confidential Information without
  written consent from Taboo Media, LLC.
• Not use Confidential Information for personal gain or in connection with any
  other business, project, or publication.
• Return or destroy any Confidential Information upon request by Taboo Media,
  LLC.

1. Exclusions
   Information shall not be considered confidential if:

• It is already publicly available through no fault of the Recipient.
• It is lawfully obtained from a third party without breach of this Agreement.
• It is independently developed without reference to the Confidential
  Information.

1. Term & Survival
   This Agreement remains in effect for two (2) years after the Recipient’s last
   involvement with Seduction! Magazine. Obligations regarding trade secrets and
   proprietary materials survive indefinitely.
2. Breach & Remedies
   Recipient understands that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential
   Information may cause harm to Taboo Media, LLC. In the event of a breach:

• Taboo Media, LLC may seek injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal
  costs.
• Recipient may be permanently barred from participation in Seduction!
  Magazine projects.
• In-world consequences may include AR (Abuse Report) filings with Linden Lab
  and public notice to other content creators.

1. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of COLORADO, USA.
2. Entire Agreement
   This document contains the full agreement and can only be amended in writing signed
   by both parties.
   SIGNATURES are datestamped digitally upon acceptance and kept on file.
